What to Expect
An initial consultation usually lasts up to one hour. You’ll be asked about your current health, medical history, and any stresses or challenges you’re facing. It’s a relaxed and supportive process where you can share openly and at your own pace.First consultations last up to 1 hour.
Follow Up Care
Follow-up appointments generally last around 30 minutes, though longer sessions can be arranged if needed. We’ll talk about any changes you’ve noticed and adjust the treatment if necessary. Remedies are usually posted to you shortly after the consultation.

- Follow-up consultation (30 minutes): £75
- Extended Follow-up consultation (1 hour): £115
