Many people choose to work over a short course of sessions, allowing space for steady and lasting change. Consultation packages are available and are often a helpful way to begin, though you are very welcome to book individual sessions if you prefer.
What to Expect
An initial consultation usually lasts up to one hour. We’ll talk through your current health, medical history, and any stresses or challenges you’re facing. It’s a relaxed process where you can speak openly and at your own pace.
Follow Up Appointments
Follow-up appointments usually last around 30 minutes, with longer sessions also available. We’ll review how things have been, talk through any changes, and adjust the treatment where appropriate. Remedies are usually sent out shortly after the consultation.
Working Together
For many people, it can be helpful to begin with a small course of sessions. This allows time to understand your symptoms more fully and to see how your system responds over time.
A simple way to start is with an initial consultation followed by a follow-up session, giving us space to begin working with your symptoms over time.
Longer programmes are also available for more ongoing or in-depth support.
Fees
Initial consultation (60 minutes): £135
Follow-up consultation (30 minutes): £85
Extended follow-up consultation (60 minutes): £125
Consultation packages are available at a reduced overall rate.
Payment is taken at the time of booking when using the online system.
If appointments are arranged directly, payment can be made by bank transfer on the day of the consultation.
